AquaForce PW LLC was started by Seth Bagby in Houston, TX. It started simply - one machine, one crew, and a willingness to take on the large-scale jobs other contractors turned down. The first big ones were post-construction garage cleanouts and community alleyway washes. Jobs with real square footage, tight deadlines, and property managers who needed it done right the first time.
The pattern that followed was consistent: do the job right, communicate clearly, and the calls keep coming. Property managers started requesting us specifically. General contractors began routing their post-construction cleanups through us. Projects grew - from single garages to multi-phase apartment developments, from one Houston property to jobs in Austin and the surrounding metro area.
We've cleaned multi-level parking structures over 70,000 square feet, post-construction townhome communities with dozens of alleyways, HOA common areas, and commercial buildings across Greater Houston. Every job is treated the same: show up with the right equipment, communicate with the site super, and leave it cleaner than you found it.
